A Sweet Brisbane Elopement
This sweet couple eloped in the most gorgeous floral filled garden wedding ceremony in the presence of just Jamie their Celebrant and their 2 witnesses, one of whom was their very talented wedding photographer Naomi V Photography.
Amber and Devin shared the most amazing connection as they locked eyes and shared for the very first time the beautifully heartfelt vows they had written for each other. Their private elopement ceremony was filled with so much love and they absolutely beamed with happiness from the moment they arrived until I left, and I'm pretty sure they are still beaming with happiness now!

How to Elope in Brisbane
Eloping is probably the most relaxed way to marry, especially if there are only the Celebrant and 2 witnesses present. There are no expectations, nothing to get nervous, or stress about. Our eloping couples usually arrive together and enjoy a short relaxed, meaningful ceremony.
To elope you simply need to meet your Celebrant no less than 1 calendar month before the date you plan to wed to complete the marriage paperwork and for your Celebrant to sight your ID.
With Brisbane City Celebrants, you can choose between having a personalised ceremony written specifically for you, or what we refer to as a 'legals only' ceremony which is a short, simple ceremony including simply the required legal components of a marriage, plus the opportunity to include exchanging rings and writing your own wedding vows.
